透過這種方式，學生將被分成小組，在每天定期的時間裡，由牧羊人負責守望和牧養。在這個模式下，學生可以更密切地與牧羊人互動，共同探討、學習和成長
M 代表使命。我們深信認識自己榮耀的身份是個人成就的基礎。每個孩子都是獨一無二的存在，擁有特殊的才能與使命。我們的使命不只是傳授聖經知識，更是引導孩子認識自己的獨特性，激發他們對人生目標的理解與渴望，為實現個人目標和正面影響他人奠定堅實基礎。

K 代表國度異象，小羊學院的學生正在為神的國度未來而奮鬥。我們期盼他們擁有全球宣教的心志，積極裝備自己，預備迎接神的國度。透過英語教學，開拓孩子的視野，使他們能更廣闊且開放地實踐生命中的使命與服事。
